An updated design for Alex's yard
Once Ed told me we’d be changing some shit up at Alex’s yard for the upcoming Jam I began to get started on some ideas for a new layout. This is really just an idea and a look at what could be. Hopefully we can get some ideas as to what to build there so that we won’t have to risk our lives at the Ben Soto Skatepark.I doubt we’d be able to get most of this done by Sunday but we should definitely all show up on Saturday to change some things up and get it nice and solid for Sunday. Check out the pics below.
This setup would keep the 8 foot vert wall and 5/6 foot quarters on either side but completely redo the middle section as well as add a quarter to wall next to the vert wall. In the middle section is a 3 foot box jump similar to the small Ben Soto box jump but with an up/across/down ledge going along the side. In the center would be a simply 4 1/2 foot street spine. Next to that would be a small wedge to wedge with a thin up/across/down ledge or rail going down the center.

Here is a view from standing atop the 5 foot quarter looking toward the vert wall.
This view is from atop the 8 foot vert wall.
Again none of this is final so let me know what you guys think in the comments below.

Definitely!!!
I HEART STREET SPINES PAPA!
You better come through on sat/sun
I say to move the 6 foot quarter to the middle so you could ride the spine back and forth instead of the 5 foot quarter, pick up more speed and shit. And move the sub box all the way to the right instead of after the little box thingy so you could ride the box back inforth, putting a quarter where the subbox would be.
Yo Dave Mirra, that’s supposed to be a wallride. I think we should swap those boxes with the ledges on them and rotate the one one with the ledge on the one side so that the lip is facing the 7 foot quarter. We gotta see what ed says anyway, he’s stubborn as fuck when it comes to this.
