Rampworx Spotlight: Niles Parker Harris

I met Niles at Camp Woodward about 2 years ago since then every year I go back to Woodward he has more tricks and is crazier. Whether it be hanging out after riding or challenging someone to the Ric Flair game Niles always knows how to make you laugh. Check out his Rampworx spotlight below.
