To Commissioner Paulo,
Benjamin Soto was a great friend or ours and highly respected by all. For instance Benjamin attended McKee high school. When he was a senior and Vinny Formisano was a freshman, Vinny had an altercation with the players from the football team. After Ben found out he made the football team apologize to Vinny in the principles office.
He passed at such a young age but was so grown. He was in the Marine Corps and traveled all over the world for his country. He passed away in japan. He was a great bike rider from South beach, Staten Island. His goal after his service was planning to come back home and build the first skate park on Staten Island. And he loved to ride the board walk and Midland Beach. That’s why we should name the park after him.
