Woodward Winter 2010 Edit
Here’s a little edit from out Woodward 2010 winter trip. These clips have been sitting on my computer for quite some time so I finally decided to do something about it.
Riding Photos Old and New
After putting together my China 2011 post I began browsing through some old riding pics reliving memories of BMX sessions past. In a strategic effort to regain some hits for the Group Home Bikes site I’ve decided to share some of the more interesting photos. Some may have been posted on here before, but I’m too lazy to check. So here for your entrainment is a select few of my riding pictures that I deemed worthy of posting on the inter webs. Enjoy.
What better way to start off a post titled “Riding Photos” with a picture of a dog. Rufus posing for the camera while the humans shred PS6.
Alex with a mean mugged hop whip at PS6.
Another hop whip photo but this time by someone way more handsome. TO THE PEDALS BITCH.
Alex is a cat person.
I did this trick about 500 times but Vin Crispino’s greasy pizza fingers couldn’t snap the photo on time.
You know it’s bad when Bayonne has a better skatepark than you do. Thanks Adena.
Speaking of our gone but not forgotten skatepark, here’s a photo of me getting upside down pre-Adena “Fuck your park up” Long got into power. The bulimic dude in the background is Brian Laughner who is currently on his second or third tour in Iraq. Get home safe buddy.
Gary Nilsson with a foot jam toothpick to fakie at lakewood circa 2007-08
Andrew Paino with a tail whip gap at that park with the chess tables.
Augie had to move all the way to Jersey just to learn turndowns.
Riding can be painful at times, especially the older you get. I feel like every time I step on my bike I’m injuring something new… I need more practice.
Roman chillin with his homies in the hood. Peace nigga!
Note to self: Never hand Little Mike the camera. Don’t get me wrong, I love Little Mike with all my heart and soul but the dude just was not made to be filming people.
The year is 2011 and the BMX industry still has not figured an easy way to get this done. Fuck everything about replacing a bottom bracket. Next time I need a new bottom bracket I’m just going to buy a new frame.
Yours truly getting wild at H-Town. I hate going upside down, the longer I ride the closer to the ground I like to stay.
Small panorama from inside the Rape Van. I have spent many hours on the floor of this van worrying that the next lane drift will be my last. I’m sure many of your reading this have experienced the same.
That’s it for today’s photos. Tomorrow I plan on putting up some more China photos as well as doing another one of these posts. There are still many more photos…
Animal Jam 2007
This was a good jam. I helped build the ramps with some of the Staten Dudes. It was a good time.
I love little Mikes clips.
Thanks to Yoni. for the video.

Official Dans Comp X Etnies tour edit
Here is another video from the Dans Comp X Etnies tour. Here is the official description for the official video:
The official edit of the Dan’s Comp X Etnies Tour from May 2011. Featuring the riding of Corey Martinez, Tony Hamlin, Nathan Williams, Chase Dehart and others. Filmed in NYC, New Jersey, Philly, Ohio, Indiana and Chicago. Filmed and produced by Christian Rigal.
Check out Little Mike in the beginning of this video whipping everything.
Etnies / Dans Comp Tour – L.E.S.
Etnies and Dans Comp did a little tour not too long ago and stopped by LES skatepark to shred for the day. The Staten crew was there but they only got clips of Little Mike doing what he does best.
Hop 3 whip into the bank was crazy.
Midland Beach Civic Meeting
On Thursday May 12th, a bunch of us headed out to the Midland Beach Civic Meeting. This meeting was much different than the South Beach Civic Meeting. Besides a few outbursts from some people in the crowd, the meeting went pretty well. Midland Beach Civic was even nice enough to invite a Parks Department Employee to address our problems!
We had a pretty large turnout
Rey showed up! It was nice to see that some of the older guys that dont ride that much anymore still support the park and will fight for it, unlike a bunch of other older kids that are to busy with their cars to support something that was been apart of their live’s for many years
Ed and Rey gave an excellent presentation. Rey helped the audience understand that BMX is different than any other sport, and Ed demon started how a ramp was built and exactly what was wrong with our ramps
Little Mike the hero showed up
This is the employee that Parks Department sent to the meeting. He is the one Sitting in the tie. I am unsure of his name because Parks does not have a list of employees on their website. I think he might work with the grounds crew, but I am not sure
It was a really good meeting! Keep posted for more meetings! It really helps to show up, the more people we have at these meetings, the better.
Marc's Random iPhone Photos
Been a while since I’ve done this. Here are some interesting photos of mine.
Gizmo chillin, Gizmo style.
Mike stole this interesting bottle of wine from his mother. He had a change of heart and decided not to drink it.
This is a panorama of my living room.
This is a panorama of a bunch of children.
MOVIES THAT ROCK DICK NOW.
This picture cost me 5 dollars.
This is a panorama of the Las Vegas skyline.
Lounging.
Little Mike showers after he shits.
Philly cheesesteak. Delicious.
This view is all too familiar…
Sesame Street cupcakes.
This is the stupidest, yet coolest idea ever. This is the Acer Iconia. It is a laptop with two capacitive touch screens.
Little Dyke ate shit at Mike Tee’s house.
Here we can see Little Mike using all of the wrong tools to take his wheel off. An allen key gripped by a vice grip and then turned by a ratchet.
There’s always some crazy people hanging around NYC. This lady wasn’t so crazy but her outfit sure was interesting.
Roman about to get his bike robbed.
House of Vans Cult Jam edit
Pro tip: When your girlfriend asks you to go somewhere with her, don’t. But you didn’t hear that from me…
Last Friday was the first ever BMX session at the House of Vans in BK. Lots of big names showed up and the turnout was huge. Check out some of the GHB crew killing it in the edit below.
Word on the street is that our very own Vin “Crispy” Crispino is riding for Skavenger flow.
